nota4d Platform — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and nota4d ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://nota4d.cam ("Platform"). This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered members, and any person who interacts with the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The nota4d website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services accessible at https://nota4d.cam.
"Account"	A registered user profile created on the Platform through which the User may access betting and gaming services.
"Wager"	Any bet, stake, or gaming transaction placed by a User on the Platform using real-money funds.
"Funds"	Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) balances held in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by nota4d subject to specific wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity-verification procedure required by nota4d prior to processing withdrawals or upon request.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country, region, or territory in which access to online gambling is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
"Game Rules"	The specific rules governing individual games or betting markets as published on the Platform, forming part of this Agreement.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on nota4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. nota4d reserves the right to require proof of age at any time, and Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed voluntarily through our Responsible Gaming tools or mandated by any relevant authority.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
6. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of nota4d, or an immediate family member of any such individual.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any detail changes. nota4d may, at its sole discretion, require documentary proof of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify nota4d's support team immediately at [email protected].

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). nota4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may be amended from time to time. nota4d does not charge processing fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which nota4d accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation by the sending institution. nota4d is not liable for delays caused by bank processing times, public holidays, or technical outages outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal being requested to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable; and (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds having been met. nota4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Funds deposited to nota4d may only be used for placing wagers on the Platform. Depositing funds without the intention of genuine wagering activity — for example, using the Platform purely as a payment-processing mechanism — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as an abuse of the Platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

nota4d may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that Bonus only.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:

• Each Bonus is available to one (1) eligible Account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement", as stated in the Bonus offer) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period; unused or unmet Bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bets placed on certain games or markets may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, towards satisfying a wagering requirement — refer to the specific Bonus terms.
• nota4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if it believes the Bonus is being misused, abused, or exploited.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or event, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or miscalculations in game software or odds. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-financial-crime laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software, technology, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nota4d staff or other users in any communication channel.

nota4d reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, where warranted, to suspend or permanently close Accounts, void wagers, and withhold or confiscate funds without prior notice. nota4d may report suspected criminal activity to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the proprietary property of nota4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

nota4d grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorized use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nota4d, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment providers, game studios, telecommunications carriers, or internet service providers.
• Any errors in odds, game results, or displayed information that arise from genuine technical faults, provided nota4d corrects such errors promptly upon discovery.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, nota4d's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

09 Responsible Gaming

nota4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit to your Account.
• Session Time-Out: Temporarily lock your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to create a cooling-off interval.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account from gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the agreed period.
• Reality Check Alerts: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of how long you have been playing in a single session.

More information is available on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. nota4d will never reverse a self-exclusion at the User's request during the agreed exclusion period.

10 Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting nota4d support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions for outstanding wagering requirements or disputed transactions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

nota4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement.
• nota4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
• nota4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Continuing to operate your Account would expose nota4d to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, nota4d may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any funds remaining in the Account, including Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with it — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal rules of nota4d, to the extent permitted by law.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact nota4d's support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your written complaint, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute-resolution mechanisms specified in nota4d's licence conditions.

nota4d's records — including transaction logs, Account activity data, and communications — shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein, absent manifest error.

12 Amendments to This Agreement

nota4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 10 above.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. nota4d recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a change notification.
